1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Additionally, you will be able to track your order(s) when logged into your Petarro account. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days within the United States. Over 93% of our pet owners receive their products much sooner. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions. During high-demand periods, shipping times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
5. Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Petarro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Petarro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@petarro.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
